Ages: (Grades 2-6)

These two 8.5" x 11" reproducible masters will educate parents and students on choosing a variety of healthy snacks.  The parent master provides practical ideas and outlines a variety of useful tips on grocery shopping, serving sizes, and planning ahead.  The student master allows students to build their own snack and teaches them about the benefits of each food group.  They are designed to be reproduced and used in the classroom with your students and can be sent home to parents.
